Accessibility
Accessibility statement.
Built to WCAG 2.2 AA, tested before every release, and a person to tell if anything is hard to use.
We build this site to WCAG 2.2 AA and test it with a keyboard, screen readers and automated checks before every release. If anything here is hard to use, tell us at hello@opsworq.com or 1‑855‑OPSWORQ and a person will reply within one business day, with the information in a form that works for you.
What we test
- Every page with automated accessibility checks, at phone and desktop widths.
- Every menu, form and instrument with a keyboard alone.
- Zoom to 200% and reflow at 320 pixels wide, with nothing lost.
- Windows high-contrast mode and reduced motion.
- Body text at AAA contrast; buttons and links to at least AA.
What we’ve done on purpose
- The spam check on the forms runs in the background. There is never a puzzle to solve.
- The phone, Contact and Book appear in the same place, in the same order, on every page.
- Diagrams have a text equivalent beside them, and nothing is said by colour alone.
- Animation is subtle, never required, and switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limits
The booking page is Microsoft’s, and its accessibility is Microsoft’s. If it gives you trouble, call 1‑855‑OPSWORQ and we’ll book the time for you.
