Plain terms for a website. Work we actually do for you is governed by the agreement we sign, not by this page.
The Operational Assessment, the IT Risk Check and the Presence Review are useful and they are honest, and none of them is an audit.
The first two are scored entirely from what you tell us. We do not connect to your systems, scan anything, or verify a single answer, so a readout is only ever as accurate as the answers behind it. A result saying an area looks covered means the answers pointed that way — not that we have inspected it.
The Presence Review looks at information that is already public. It is a considered opinion, formed quickly, and it is not a warranty about your website, your rankings or your security.
Any of the three can tell you that something is fine. None of them can promise it.

Prices, response times and descriptions of service on this site describe our normal practice and can change. What binds us is what we put in writing to you.
We try hard to keep this site accurate, and we correct things when we find them wrong. Where a page turns out to be out of date, the agreement and the written quote govern.
Our material. The words, drawings, instruments and the OpsWorq mark on this site are ours. Quote us, link to us, send a readout to your board — that is what it is for. Do not republish the instruments as your own.
Other people’s names. Organizations named on the About page are former clients of Mark Champion, named as fact. Nothing on this site implies that any of them endorses, sponsors or recommends OpsWorq.
Links. Where we link somewhere else, we do not control what is there.
Where this sits. OpsWorq operates from Martinsville, Virginia, and these terms are governed by Virginia law.
