What we collect, and what happens to it.
Short, because there is not much to say. This site has no advertising, no trackers, no chat widget and no cookie banner, because it does not do the things that need one.
Only what you type into a form and send us. There are four: the contact form, the Operational Assessment, the IT Risk Check and the Presence Review.
Depending on the form that can include your name, company, role, email address, phone number, rough headcount, the website you asked us to look at, whatever you wrote in the message box, and the answers you gave the instrument.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, as every web host does — addresses, times and pages requested. We do not analyse them and we do not join them to anything you sent us.
It is emailed to us, and it is written to a log file and a spreadsheet on our own server so that a submission cannot be lost if the mail fails. Both are blocked from public access.
Two people read it: Mark and Jennifer. Nobody else in the world receives it.
If our mail is down, the submission is relayed through Formspree, a form-delivery service, purely so it reaches us. That is the only third party your message ever touches.
You also get a copy of your own submission by email, sent only to you.
We do not sell it, rent it, trade it or pass it to a partner. We do not add you to a mailing list. There is no list.
There are no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, no social tracking and no session recording. The typefaces are served from our own server rather than a font network, so loading a page here does not tell anybody else that you were here.
This site currently sets no cookies. If that changes, this page changes with it.
There is no analytics provider on the site today. When we add one it will be named here, and we will choose a cookieless one if a workable choice exists.
We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful, which for a business conversation is usually a few years.
Ask us and we will delete yours — from the mailbox, the log and the spreadsheet — and tell you when it is done. Email hello@opsworq.com or call 1‑855‑OPSWORQ. You do not have to give a reason.
If you are a client rather than an enquiry, the data we hold to run your systems is governed by our agreement with you, not by this page.
